We've been heads-down building something for the past year, and today we're ready to share it.
Trilo is a workspace where you and your team work alongside AI. Not AI that sits in a separate tab you copy-paste from—AI that's actually part of how you plan, write, and get things done together.
What it actually does
Trilo handles the stuff that usually requires bouncing between five different apps:
- Planning: Turn messy ideas into structured tasks. Drag things around. Filter by what matters.
- Writing: Draft, iterate, and polish with AI that actually helps (and stays out of the way when you don't need it).
- Knowledge: Store files and docs, then search them in plain English. Ask questions about your own data.
- AI that remembers context: Your AI coworkers know what you've been working on. No more re-explaining everything every conversation.
Why we built this
Honestly? We were frustrated.
We kept switching between Notion, ChatGPT, Google Docs, Slack, and whatever task manager we were trying that month. Context got lost. The AI tools we loved were completely disconnected from everything else.
So we built the thing we wanted to use.
What makes it different
AI that's actually integrated: Most AI tools are standalone—you ask a question, get an answer, copy it somewhere else. Trilo's AI lives inside your workspace. It sees your tasks, your docs, your conversations. When you ask for help, it has context.
Planning that doesn't feel like a spreadsheet: We spent way too long making the task system feel good. Drag and drop actually works. Filtering makes sense. It's the kind of thing that sounds basic until you realize most tools get it wrong.
A knowledge base you'll actually use: Drop in files, docs, PDFs, whatever. Then just ask questions in plain English. "What did we decide about pricing last month?" Actually works.
Writing tools that don't overwrite your voice: AI writing assistance that helps you iterate without making everything sound like it was written by a robot.
On privacy
We don't sell your data. We don't train on your conversations. Your workspace is yours.
We encrypt sensitive data end-to-end and give you full control over what stays and what goes. This stuff matters to us, so we built it in from day one.
What's next
We're still early. There's a lot we want to build, and a lot we're figuring out as we go. But we're shipping fast and learning from everyone who uses it.
