AI Meeting Summaries, Calendar Performance & Production Fixes

Sammy can now access and summarize meeting transcriptions, the calendar week view is dramatically faster, and eight production bugs have been fixed.

  • Sammy can now retrieve meeting details, fetch transcriptions, and search across all your meeting transcriptions
Improvements
  • Calendar week view switching is now near-instant — week-to-month transition drops from ~1,200ms to under 50ms with full virtualization
  • Calendar week view renders far fewer DOM nodes (from 10,000+ down to ~300) even with large numbers of events
  • Events in week view are capped at 3 per slot with a "+N more" overflow indicator to keep the grid readable
  • AI operations that are actively working can now run for up to 10 minutes (up from 3 minutes flat), while idle sessions still time out at 3 minutes
Bug Fixes
  • Dragging a page, board, or spreadsheet from the knowledge base to chat now creates the correct mention — "Unknown Page" no longer appears
  • Knowledge base items cannot be dragged while they are still being created, preventing broken mentions
  • AI no longer wastes processing on resource mentions that reference non-existent pages
  • Booking settings can now be saved when optional fields are cleared
  • AI messages sent with an unknown project context no longer produce lost responses
  • AI transcription agent no longer joins the same call multiple times
  • Trial workspaces without a Stripe subscription now have their credit balance tracked correctly
  • Booking settings and calendar sync requests now have timeouts so they cannot hang indefinitely

Sammy gains access to your meeting history: you can now ask it to retrieve transcriptions, search across past meetings, or summarize what was discussed. The AI transcription agent also no longer joins calls multiple times.

The calendar week view has been fully virtualized — switching between week and month views is now near-instant, and the page stays responsive even with thousands of events loaded. Eight additional production bugs were fixed across the knowledge base, AI pipeline, booking settings, and credit tracking.
