Referral Names & Stripe Connect Improvements

Your referrals list now shows who you referred by name, and Stripe Connect onboarding displays plain-English requirement labels instead of raw field codes.

Your referrals list now shows the name of each person you referred — rows no longer appear anonymous with only a date and status
Stripe Connect onboarding now displays human-readable requirement labels (e.g. "Date of birth") instead of raw field codes like `individual.dob.day`
Duplicate Stripe Connect requirements are now deduplicated so you won't see the same item listed twice

Bug Fixes

Referred users' avatars now load correctly in the referrals table

The "Your Referrals" table now shows the display name of each person you referred, making it easy to track who signed up through your link at a glance.

Stripe Connect onboarding has also been improved: requirement labels are now written in plain English rather than raw API field names, and duplicate entries are collapsed so the list stays clean.
