1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trilo ("the Service"), operated by Hexmount LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trilo is a collaborative workspace platform that enables teams to communicate, manage tasks, and automate workflows using AI-powered coworkers. The Service includes web, desktop, and mobile applications, as well as any associated APIs, integrations, and documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account;
Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users;
Send unsolicited messages, spam, or promotional content to other users;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service;
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
Upload, share, or transmit illegal, harmful, or objectionable content;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing offending content and suspending or terminating the violator's account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Hexmount LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or sharing it. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI coworker features that use third-party artificial intelligence services, including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI (accessed through OpenRouter), to generate responses and assist with tasks. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

Content you send in AI coworker conversations is processed by third-party AI providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
AI-generated responses are provided "as is" and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free;
You should not rely on AI-generated responses as a substitute for professional advice or independent verification;
Your data is not used to train AI models. It is processed solely to generate responses to your requests.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your selected plan as described at the time of purchase;
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date;
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

If you subscribed through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), your subscription is also subject to that platform's terms, and refunds are handled according to that platform's refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Hexmount LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hexmount LLC.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hexmount LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service;
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders or by a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
